To keep our schedule flowing and ensure fairness for all clients we will enforce late and cancellation policies. By booking your appointment you acknowledge and accept our late, cancellation, and no call/no show policy. Late Policy: A grace period of 7 minutes will be given and after that your appointment will be considered a no call/no show and charged the appropriate fees. Cancellation & No call/No show Policy: Last minute cancellations within 2 hour of appointment will result in a 50% charge of original service price. No Call, No Show appointments will result in a 50% charge of the original service price.
